CareSouth Carolina is proud to announce the success story of Ms. Florine Jones, a dedicated patient who has shown remarkable progress in managing her health at CareSouth Carolina’s Dillon office.
CareSouth Carolina provider Haley Jones, FNP-BC, shared that Ms. Jones, like a lot of patients, was skeptical at first. However, she was determined to make a difference in her health.
“Ms. Jones was very skeptical in the beginning about getting routine screenings completed such as her mammogram, but with great education and guidance, she agreed to have her mammogram completed,” Haley Jones said. “Patients have reported having fear of the ‘unknown’ but as a provider, it is important to provide each patient with the comfort of knowing that their care and health are the main concerns, and efficient care will be provided under any circumstance.”
In addition to getting her mammogram screening, Ms. Jones has also been able to keep her A1C below 7 for more than a year.
“She was very grateful for the education and care provided. Ms. Jones has done an awesome job at keeping her A1C below 7. Patients are in control of their healthcare treatment, but it is important to support them and root them on toward having a healthy life,” Haley Jones said.
