Dillon Wins 14-2 Over Carvers Bay

The Dillon Wildcats won 14-2 over the visiting Carvers Bay Bears on Friday, March 6, at Dillon Memorial Stadium in the 5-inning varsity baseball action.
The Wildcats placed 12 runs onto the scoreboard in the bottom of the first inning and added a run in the bottom of the second inning and a run in the bottom of the third inning.
Carvers Bay placed 2 runs onto the scoreboard in the top of the fifth inning.
Carvers Bay’s J. Waterman and C. Thompson each had a hit in the game. C. Thompson and K. Moore each scored a run in the game. J. Waterman and E. Young each had a stolen base in the game.
Dillon’s #1 began on the mound for the Wildcats. Dillon’s #5 replaced the starting pitcher.
