On Wednesday, Jan 8th, the Rotary Club of Dillon president, Ryan Rouse, presented the former president, Michael Elmore with the SC Ports Authority, a plaque recognizing his outstanding dedication and leadership to the club. The Rotary Club of Dillon appreciates Michael’s involvement and are proud of his accomplishments.
