Students can show their team colors, enjoy nutritious meals, and celebrate how school nutrition fuels both learning and athletic performance.
“Big Thursday isn’t just about football—it’s about fueling champions,” said Todd Bedenbaugh, Executive Director of SNA of SC. “Whether you cheer for orange and purple or garnet and black, every student wins when they make healthy choices.” Throughout the day, our cafeterias will feature themed decorations, special menus, and plenty of team spirit. Students are encouraged to participate by enjoying a school lunch and showing off their enthusiasm for their favorite team.
Let’s show South Carolina how school nutrition keeps our students and athletes fueled for success—on and off the field!
