Funeral service Mr. Robert L. Sowells Jr. will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2024 at 12:00 noon at Saint Matthew AME Church in Hamer, South Carolina. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. Mr. Sowells died on Tuesday, April 9, 2024 in Austin, Texas. Bartell Funeral Home, LLC of Dillon, SC is in charge of these arrangements.
