‘Cycle To The Sea’ Group Comes Through Oak Grove

An extraordinary group of people are “Cycle To The Sea,” and came through Oak Grove today, stopping at the picnic shelter at the fire department for a break. They started in Monroe, NC, and are headed to North Myrtle Beach. Riders use hand cycles, tandem bikes, and road bikes to complete the 180-mile journey. Participants get individual pledges which helps fund athletic programs that are life-changing for people with physical disabilities.
