A Blueberry Cooking Contest will be held on July 8th at the Farmer’s Market in downtown Dillon. Bake your best blueberry recipe for a chance to win. Prizes will be given away in three categories: Breakfast, Desserts, and Jams, Jellies, and sauces.
The rules are simple. Fill out the form and return or mail to: DCHI Blueberry Contest, 200 S. 5th Avenue, Unit B, Dillon, S.C. 29536. Then cook your favorite blueberry recipe and bring it to the July 8th Farmer’s Market by 3:30 p.m. Independent judges will sample your recipe and will pick the best recipe in each category. Winners will be announced by 5 p.m. on July 8th, and prizes will be awarded. The deadline for entries is July 1, 2024.
