On Thursday, September 4, 2025, the American Legion Post 0032 in Dillon held a ceremony where they installed officers for the term of 2025-2026. These officers had been elected by the Post members prior to our summer meeting schedule.
The physical year for The American Legion begins on July 1st of each year, during the installing ceremony all Officers have to pledge to perform faithfully and impartially the duties of the office in the American Legion. They also pledge to not subscribe to the principles of any groups that are opposed to our form of government.
