The Alpha Lambda Chapter of The Delta Kappa Gamma Society International is offering a $500 scholarship to a senior girl graduating from a Dillon County high school and planning to attend college for a career in education. Interested students may contact their school guidance counselor for more specific information on applying.
The Delta Kappa Gamma Society International is an honor society of key women educators which promotes professional and personal growth of women educators and excellence in education. Alpha Lambda Chapter includes members from all over Dillon County. Mrs. Marcia Bethea is the current chapter president.
