Northeastern Technical College celebrated the achievements of its Allied Health and Workforce Training students at the Credential Recognition Ceremony held Wednesday December 10th, at the Berea Convention Center. The event honored students who successfully completed programs in Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Medical Assisting, Phlebotomy, and Workforce Industry Certifications.
The ceremony was filled with joy and pride as students were recognized for their hard work, determination, and commitment to their careers. Interim College President Erin Fann welcomed the credential earners and highlighted the promise each student carries as they prepare to make a difference in their communities.

Keynote speaker Kendra M. Fling, MSN, APRN, CEO and Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner at At Your Place Healthcare, LLC, encouraged students to embrace their careers with confidence, compassion, and a commitment to lifelong learning. She reminded the graduates that their skills, care, and determination will have a lasting impact on the patients and communities they serve.
Following the address, Dr. Schultz, along with Michael Thomas, Director of Continuing Education, Herbert Gould, Area Commission Chairman, and Erin Fann, presented each student and formally recognized their accomplishments.

The ceremony concluded with heartfelt words from Mrs. Fann, celebrating the students’ accomplishments and expressing gratitude to the families, faculty, and community partners who supported them. The day highlighted not only what the students have achieved but also the bright futures and opportunities that lie ahead, making it a true celebration of promise, dedication, and success.
