Shaquille Leonard’s Annual Free Youth Football Camp presented by the Maniac Foundation was held on Saturday, July 6, beginning at 8:00 a.m. with registration.
The event was held at the Lake View High School football field.
The camp was open to boys and girls ages 7-17.
The event lasted from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. At 9:00 a.m. Darius Leonard led in the warm-up exercises followed by everyone participating in football practices for the entire group.
After practice, everyone enjoyed fellowship and food.
Man 2 Man sponsored the food service. Mark Elliott donated the food and drinks. The EMS service was provided by John Smith and group from the Dillon County Lake View Fire Department #3.
The Man 2 Man group were represented by Roanell Hough; Dean Campbell, Director of Program and Operations; and Town of Lake View Mayor Sterling Lee.
