The Dillon Wildcats varsity baseball team is off to a good start with a 6-2 overall record and 2-1 in AAA Region 7 and in second place.
On March 2, Dillon defeated Green Sea Floyds 7-4 and lost to Conway 17-7 on March 4. Dillon defeated Carvers Bay 14-2 on March 6, won 16-0 over Darlington on March 10, defeated Darlington 13-2 on March 13, won 10-0 over Georgetown on March 17, and lost 9-3 to Georgetown on March 20, and won 15-3 over Loris on March 24.
The Wildcats varsity head coach is Keith Coward.
The Wildcats will host Loris on Friday, March 27, at 6:30 p.m.
