Terrell Douglas Oliver, 44, of Marion, has been arrested and charged by the Marion County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division. Oliver is charged with criminal sexual conduct with a minor, 3rd degree, criminal solicitation of a minor, and promoting the prostitution of a minor. Details will be withheld out of sensitivity to the minor victim.
