The Marion County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division has made an arrest in connection with the Thursday, February 12th shooting on Little Prophet Road outside of Mullins.
Daniel Roberts, II, 37, of Mullins, turned himself in to deputies with the Marion County Sheriff’s Office on Friday morning.
Roberts has been charged with:
Attempted murder
Possession of a weapon during a violent crime
Possession of a firearm by a person convicted of certain crimes (first offense).
Daniel Roberts is currently being held at the Marion County Detention Center awaiting bond.
