CHARLESTON, SC (01/13/2026)– David Rouse, of Mullins, recently graduated with a degree in English from the College of Charleston.
Rouse was among more than 185 bachelor’s degree and master’s degree candidates who participated in the Winter Commencement ceremony on Saturday, December 13, 2025.
