The Dillon Lady Wildcats defeated the Lake View Lady Wild Gators in varsity basketball action played in Lake View on Tuesday, December 2.
Dillon controlled the opening tip-off. After the first quarter of play, Dillon held a comfortable lead while committing 5 fouls, and Lake View committed 3 fouls.
In the second quarter of play, Dillon continued to add to the lead while once again committing 5 fouls. Lake View committed 4 fouls in the second quarter. In the third quarter, Lake View committed 2 fouls while Dillon committed 4 fouls. In the fourth quarter, Lake View whittled away at Dillon’s lead. However, Dillon continued to have a comfortable lead. Once again, the Lady Wildcats committed 5 fouls, and the Lady Wild Gators committed 4 fouls.
The Dillon varsity girls will travel to Camden today (December 3) for a 6:00 p.m. game.
Dillon will host Lake View on December 5 and will host Carvers Bay on December 8.
