Jalynn McKenzie has been promoted to Corporal at the Dillon County Detention Center.
Corporal McKenzie graduated from Latta High School in 2022 and began working at Dillon County Detention Center in July of the same year.
“From a very early age, I’ve wanted to work in law enforcement. I am very thankful for the opportunities and experiences that working at Dillon County Detention Center has given me. I plan to further my career in law enforcement by one day becoming a deputy,” said Corporal McKenzie.
Sheriff Hamilton would like to congratulate Corporal McKenzie and thank her for her dedication and commitment to the citizens of Dillon County.
