Arclin™ Expands Dillon, S.C., Facility to Increase Product Development and Community Ties

Dillon, SC, October 1, 2025 —Arclin, a leading materials science company, and nearly 100 community members, employees, and local leaders gathered today for a ribbon-cutting ceremony celebrating the $60 million expansion of Arclin’s Dillon operations.
The investment adds 60,000 square feet to the facility, includes new equipment and a production line, and will create 30 additional jobs. The Dillon site is now positioned as a critical hub within Arclin’s global network, advancing the company’s leadership in specialized construction and building materials. Currently, the plant produces key components for vapor barriers, floor underlayment, concrete forms, siding, and sheathing.
“The expansion of our Dillon facility amplifies our impact and will allow us to reach more customers with our innovative solutions,” said Bradley Bolduc, President and Chief Executive Officer of Arclin. “Strategic growth, driven by a deep understanding of our customers and commitment to continuous innovation, is key to our long-term success.”
This investment enables Arclin to meet rising demand for several existing products in its portfolio of building solutions and polymer technologies. Arclin will also begin domestic production of a product currently manufactured at its United Kingdom facility such that it can more effectively market and sell this product to the US market in the near future.
“We are pleased to be expanding on the success we’ve had in this location since 2022, when we first started operations in Dillon,” said Mark Glaspey, Arclin’s Chief Operating Officer. “We look forward to continued growth and appreciate the support of the local community, who are valuable partners in helping us unlock a brighter future for everyone.”
As part of Arclin’s commitment to being a strong community partner, the company also announced a new collaboration with Dillon-founded STEM nonprofit AcaSTEMics. Together, Arclin and AcaSTEMics will host two upcoming events in Dillon County in late 2025 and early 2026.
“Partnering with AcaSTEMics is a natural fit with our company-wide STEM platform which emphasizes volunteering and inspiring the next generation of STEM leaders,” said Glaspey.
Located at 219 Harllees Bridge Road, Arclin’s Dillon facility’s expansion is expected to be completed by July 2026.
