Shy-keem Dixon has been charged with Felony DUI Involving Death and Felony DUI Involving Great Bodily Injury on 9/24/2025, according to the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
On 9/23/2025, Dixon was operating a 2005 Toyota 4-dr vehicle heading north on US-501 in Dillon County when he went off the road right overturning several times. The front passenger and a one-year-old child was transported to an area hospital with life threatening injuries. The child later died at the hospital.
Dixon was booked at the Dillon County Detention Center.
