Asa Douglas Singletary, 22 years old, of Darlington, has been arrested by the Marion County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division.
Singletary is charged with Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor 3rd Degree. It is alleged that between January and March 2024, Singletary inappropriately touched a 13-year-old in Marion County. Singletary has been released on bond.
