DILLON, S.C. – The City of Dillon Downtown Development Office is proud to announce the receipt of Accommodation Tax funding from the 2025 Accommodation Tax Committee. This investment will directly support efforts to enhance community life and promote tourism in Dillon. The funds will be used to provide engaging events at the new Festival Marketplace and to produce the Downtown Spotlight insert in the 2026–2027 City of Dillon & Surrounding Communities Visitor Guide. Together, these initiatives highlight Dillon’s growing role as a destination for both residents and visitors.“We are deeply grateful to the Accommodation Tax Committee for their continued support of downtown revitalization and tourism,” said Lisa Moody, Downtown Coordinator. “This funding allows us to expand opportunities for community connection while showcasing all that Dillon and the surrounding areas have to offer.”
