In December 2023, Nautica Williamson enrolled in the NextGen program, with the goal of earning her CMAA Certification and pursuing a career in the Medical/Business Administration field. She successfully completed the “Career Smart” Work Readiness Training in January 2024 demonstrating her commitment to professional growth. In July 2024, Nautica earned her CMAA Certificate from PMTC and is preparing to take the NHA Exam to finalize her credentials.
From October 2024 to May 2025, Nautica successfully participated in a Work Experience opportunity at the SC Works Marion Center, relevant to her administrative strengths and employment desires. She displayed exemplary soft skills and continuous improvement in the provision of customer service during her Work Experience.
In June 2025, all that hard work paid off when she was hired by Eckerd Connects as a Workforce Operations Assistant at the SC Works Center in Florence.
