New Observation Tower, New Band Room Carpet, and New AC Unit Will Benefit Dillon Band

The Dillon High School Band is the beneficiary of some recent improvements.
An observation tower was purchased by the school district this summer. It is replacing a previous one that they had for quite some time which had a scaffold design.
The current tower is much safer than the previous one. It has several features such as a desk, permanent platforms, and covered top that make it easier to give instructions to the students during field rehearsal and it is much safer to use. Schools in Florence School District One have similar observation towers.
The band is greatly appreciative of the support from our school district.
In addition to the tower, they received new carpet in the band room and a new a/c unit.
