The proposed site plan for the Tractor Supply store coming to Dillon was approved by the City of Dillon Planning and Zoning Commission at a meeting on July 15th.
The site plan would allow Tractor Supply to utilize the parking lot for outdoor displays for items such as lawnmowers, etc. The vote by the board gives permission for Tractor Supply to utilize the parking lot.
The store is set to open in January 2026 at 208 Radford Boulevard in Dillon in the Dillon Plaza across from Food Lion. Details will be finalized in the coming months, a spokesperson said in an earlier interview.
At the meeting, it was discussed that there are more renovations coming to the Dillon Plaza as Planet Fitness will be locating In the former grocery store building there and a finance company already on the site will be relocating to a different building.
Tractor Supply was expected to start immediately after the site plan was approved.
The Dillon Plaza is owned by an investment group out of Florida, according to discussion during the meeting.
