Latta Shuts Out Lowcountry Leadership

Latta shut out Lowcountry Leadership 10-0 on Wednesday, May 8, in Latta.
Latta’s Paisley Jackson hit a line drive to right for a single. Emily Smith hit a line drive to second for out 1, and Paisley Jackson moved to second on an error. Jae Miller popped up to first base for out 2. Erika Roberts hit a line drive to left for a homer and picked up 2 rbi in the bottom of the second inning to place Latta onto the scoreboard.
In the bottom of the fourth inning, Latta added 7 runs to the scoreboard. Jae Miller singled that scored 2 runs, and Chayse Walters garnered a walk that allowed a run to score.
