Zamaurious Robertson Commits To North Carolina

Although Zamaurious Robertson had offers from ECU, Appalachian State University, Liberty, Coastal Carolina, and the Naval Academy, he committed to North Carolina on Thursday, June 26, at a ceremony held at Dillon High School.
Dillon Wildcat Head Football Coach Kelvin Roller thanked everyone for being present.
He thanked Robertson’s Family for the manner in which they reared their son. Roller stated “Zay is blessed to have a Family such as his. His Family did an awesome job with him.”
Not only did I recognize that Zay was what I termed a “gym rat”, someone who’s always present at a gym at an early age, learning from others, other members of our coaching staff also witnessed this.
As a youngster, Zay played Kiwanis baseball. Later in life he continued to play not only baseball but football and basketball. He excelled in all of these sports.
Not only will Robertson continue he love of football, but he will also get an education.
Coach Roller remarked “We are all proud of Zay.
Roller also thanked all of Robertson’s coaches.
While playing football at Dillon High School, Robertson was a wide receiver and a defensive back.
Robertson thanked God, his Family, the DHS coaches, and all of his teammates for molding him into the person he is today.
We all wish him well in his future pursuits.
Dillon High School is located at 1730 Hwy. 301 North, Dillon, S.C.
