Bond hearings were held on the suspects charged in connection with the murder of Patricia Britt of Blenheim at the Pantry West at South of the Border.
Dillon County Magistrate Tony Britt presided.
Bond was denied on Ja’heem Antwan Pernell, age 19, who is charged with murder, armed robbery, and possession of a weapon during a violent crime; Aalyiah Monique Priest, age 22, who is charged with murder and armed robbery; and Tina Rebecca Pernell, age 39, who is accessory before the fact of murder and accessory after the fact of murder.
A magistrate level judge cannot set bond on a murder suspect.
A $75,000 bond was set on Monika Alexis Lee, age 24, who is charged with accessory after the fact of murder.
The first General Sessions Court appearance for all of the suspects is set for July 23rd.
