James Jacobs has been promoted to City of Dillon Public Works Supervisor. He has been a dedicated employee of the City of Dillon for 20 years. He has worked in all of the departments that Public Works encompasses including sanitation, stormwater, and streets. City Manager Burt Rogers said he has a great deal of confidence in Jacobs and thinks he will do a great job. He said he was an asset to the City of Dillon.
