Suspects Arrested In Shooting At Food Lion

On Friday, April 26,2024, at approximately 1:56 p.m. the Dillon Police Department responded to 205 Radford Boulevard, Food-Lion in the City limits of Dillon in reference to shots fired.
While on scene law enforcement officers were able to immediately detain two suspects in the parking lot, collect physical evidence including three firearms, execute two search warrants, interview witnesses and review video surveillance footage from the grocery store. Officers then located a vehicle involved in the incident near a local apartment complex where officers were able to locate three additional suspects. One person involved in the altercation received non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a local medical facility where he was treated and released.
After Investigator’s conducted multiple interviews, four individuals were arrested and charged. The suspects were transported to the Dillon County Detention Center. A bond hearing was held Sunday morning and bond was denied for all subjects involved. One juvenile was detained and transported to the South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice in Columbia.
Two subjects are currently still wanted in connection with this incident.

Elijah Jevon Victor (20) of Dillon
Assault & Battery of High and Aggravated Nature
Possession of a weapon during the commission of violent crime

Jhi’Quiez Tymir Crosland (20) of Dillon
Assault & Battery of High and Aggravated Nature

Tamarion La’Quez Livingston (18) of Dillon
Assault & Battery of High and Aggravated Nature
