Major Hulon has been a Master Mason in Dillon, SC, at Mackey Lodge #77 since 1973. This year, he was chosen as Mason of the Year for 2024 by fellow members. He has been a vital part of this organization for many years and held many offices including Master of the lodge and District Deputy for the 28th Masonic District of SC. This year he led many efforts for fundraisers that contributed to the Shriners Children’s Hospital, St. Jude’s Hospital, and the Dillon County Pregnancy Center. Major is a role model in his community and always strives to lend a helping hand to those in need as well as setting an example for the ones who come behind him. This award was well deserved! His son, Marshall, is shown presenting him the award.
