Today was a beautiful day on the State House grounds in Columbia, SC. Head Coach Anna Rogers and her 2025 1A State Championship Softball Team were invited to the State Capitol by House Representative Jackie Hayes. The team was recognized before the House and presented a resolution. Representative Hayes took time to meet with the girls and give them a short overview of the work that takes place at our State Capitol. He was overjoyed with pride as he congratulated the team, and he wished them the very best in this season. The district would like to extend their appreciation to Representative “Coach” Hayes for his hospitality and for the acknowledgment.
